Real estate development
Feasibility support, phased construction and delivery of residential and commercial schemes from raw land to occupation.
Twelve service lines that cover a project from the first trial pit to the final planting bed — without handing your site over to a new contractor halfway through.
Service 01
Bulk cut and fill, trenching, basement digs and site clearance. Our own machines and operators, so mobilisation does not wait on a hire yard.
We plan the earthworks around the material balance first. Moving spoil twice is the most common hidden cost on a project, so we set the haul routes and stockpile locations before anything tracks onto site.
Service 02
Interlocking blocks, kerbs, channels and edge restraints for driveways, walkways, yards and commercial parking areas.
Most failed cabro is a base problem, not a block problem. We build the sub-base to the loading it will actually see, get the falls right so water leaves the surface, and restrain every edge — which is why our yards are still flat after several rainy seasons.
Service 03
Topographic survey, boundary verification, setting out, level control and as-built records — in-house, on our own programme.
An error in the setting out multiplies through every trade that follows it. Our survey team establishes the control network before mobilisation and re-checks it at each major stage, so the frame lands where the drawings say it should.
Service 04
Trial pits, sampling, classification and bearing capacity assessment — so foundations get designed against real ground, not assumed ground.
Investigation is the cheapest week on any project. A soft layer found in a trial pit costs a foundation redesign; the same layer found after the slab is poured costs the building. We report what we find plainly, including when it is inconvenient.
Service 05
Foundations, reinforced concrete frames, blockwork, roofing and finishes for residential, commercial and institutional buildings.
We run building work as a sequence of hold points rather than a race to the roof. Reinforcement is inspected before every pour and the following trade only starts once the previous one is signed off — which is what keeps the finishes clean at the end.
Service 06
Access roads, estate roads and haul routes — formation, sub-base, base course, surfacing and the drainage that keeps them serviceable.
A road fails at its edges and its drainage long before the surface wears out. We build the shoulders and the storm channels as part of the same package, so water leaves the carriageway instead of sitting under it.
Also on the books
Feasibility support, phased construction and delivery of residential and commercial schemes from raw land to occupation.
Retaining structures, culverts, hardstandings and the infrastructure that ties a site into its surroundings.
Storm and sub-soil drainage, channels, soakaways and outfalls sized against real catchment, not rules of thumb.
Reinforcement fixing, formwork, concrete placement and steel erection as a standalone package for other main contractors.
Programme, procurement, subcontractor coordination, cost tracking and weekly progress reporting to the client.
Final grading, retaining, planting beds, walkways and boundary works that finish a property properly.
How we work
We walk the ground, look at access and take the constraints seriously before quoting anything.
Survey and soil testing establish what is actually there, so the design is built on measurements.
A sequence with real production rates, a fixed scope and a price you can hold us to.
Works run against hold points with weekly progress reporting and photographs.
Snagging closed out, as-built drawings issued and test records handed over as one pack.
Send us the site address and what you are trying to achieve. We will tell you what the job actually requires.
